Dimitrios Dimolianis
Co-Founder and CEO
Dimitrios brings over two decades of hands-on experience at the intersection of football and business. In 2000, he founded Aiolos Football Academy in Greece — one of the region's most enduring player development institutions, producing athletes who went on to compete at professional and Super League level. Since co-founding Elite Sport SA in 2014, he has worked with clubs, federations, and academies across Greece and beyond, advising on academy structure, facilities, sponsorships, and growth strategy.
What sets Dimitrios apart is a rare combination: the football intelligence of a lifelong practitioner and the commercial instincts of a proven entrepreneur across multiple industries. He understands that a talented player is also a valuable asset — and knows precisely how to develop, position, and place that asset at the highest level.
Marco Iannaccone
Head of Operations and Legal
Marco's career has never followed a straight line - and that's exactly what makes him valuable. He began in sport, coaching basketball at an early stage of his career before transitioning into senior legal and operations roles in fast-moving industries, most recently in fintech, where he developed expertise in legal process operations, contract structuring, and cross-border compliance.
Alongside his professional career, Marco has built and run a sports media brand serving the LATAM market, a project that reflects his enduring passion for sport and his understanding of how to build audiences, tell stories, and grow a brand internationally. At Elite Sport SA, Marco ensures the operational and contractual framework is airtight, so every player placement is protected, professional, and built to last.
Vladislav Nikolov
Head of Marketing and Player Strategy
Vladislav comes from one of the most analytically demanding and commercially competitive sectors in digital business - sports betting and iGaming, where understanding performance data, audience behavior, and market positioning isn't optional, it's survival. That expertise translates directly into Elite Sport SA's approach: players are scouted with the same rigor applied to performance metrics, and marketed with the same precision used to reach global audiences at scale.
With deep experience in digital brand building, campaign strategy, and data-driven decision making, Vladislav leads the agency's visibility, player marketing, and outreach to European clubs and academies. His outside-the-industry perspective is a deliberate asset, bringing fresh methodologies into a space that has long relied on relationships alone.
Gergana Videva
Licensed Football Agent
Gergana is the licensed core of Elite Sport SA. As a holder of the FIFA football agent license, she provides the agency with its formal authorization to represent players in official transfers and negotiations — a credential that fewer than a fraction of practitioners in the region hold.
Her foundation in sports marketing, combined with a degree in Business Administration, gives her a sharp understanding of how value is created and communicated in the sports industry. Currently deepening her expertise through studies in Psychology and a Health Coaching certification, Gergana brings a dimension to player representation that most agents overlook entirely: the mental and personal wellbeing of the athlete. At Elite Sport SA, she represents not just players' contracts — but their careers as a whole.
